We meticulously restored this unique craftsman home with a full gut down to the studs. We completely redesigned the floor plan adding a master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room while opening the great room to increase the flow of the home. 

​Our priority was preserving the character of the home by incorporating aspects true to the period and restoring original trim features including the cathedral window. 

What was once the eyesore of the street is now the show stopper all the neighbors are raving over!
